Фестиваль музыки, театра, искусств в честь десятилетия моста, соединившего Данию и Швецию.
Two countries, four cities (Copenhagen, Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg), and 16 cultural institutions join forces to open the eyes of Swedes and Danes to the rich cultural life happening on both sides of the Sound - and tourists of other nationalities are of course invited as well. The festival Music and Art Around celebrates the 10 years of the Øresund bridge between Denmark and Sweden by focusing on the Sound as a center rich in classical music and contemporary art of high standard, especially internationally.
The festival programme contains everything from exhibitions, concerts and listening to seminars, debates and daily excursions. At www.musicandartaround.com new developments and events in the festival will be continuously presented.
In Music and Art Around 2010 the following are involved: Ark, The Royal Danish Academy of Music, DR Symphony Orchestra, Dunkers Culture House, GL Strand, Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra, Kunsthal Charlottenborg, Lund Kunsthal, Malmö Kunsthal, Malmö Symphony Orchestra, Moderna Museet Malmö, Music in the South, Music Academy in Malmö, Copenhagen Philharmonic and Statens Museum for Kunst.
Three American giants, David Lynch, Bob Dylan and Alice Neel will exhibit during the festival. |
